AntiVirus will conflict with each other. However you do NOT have 3 antivirus programs. Keep the norton and the spyware doctor. get rid of the spyware ex

I can't believe people are so worry about catching bugs that they just buy software and run it without understanding what they do and how to actually prevent catching bug. (Yes, it's a rant on how people should learn how to prevent problems instead of listening to others on what to do to prevent it, I mean, listening to others is like getting fish and not learning how to fish])
So anyways, moving on from that side rant which I must apologize for now.. No, the three antivirus software SHOULD NOT conflict with one another unless they're out of date or unnamed. Different antivirus software look for different things when looking for bujgs. Running multiple antivirus software may do nothing to protect you and could do as much as 1 depending on the functionality of it. If they all protect using the same method of searching then it's pointless.

It looks like 1 is antivirus and the other 2 are spyware programs. If that's the case you're fine.

Norton is an anti-virus.
Spyware Doctor is an antispyware.
An anti-spyware and an anti-virus is the recomended configuration.
Having 2 anti-viruses in not recommended.
You will be in good shape using both Norton and Spyware Doctor!
I have never heard of that SpywareEX.

you should run only 1 and have a separate program for a firewall.
I would recommend zone alarm pro as a firewall, and keep 1 of your antivirus programs and uninstall the other 2 because they might create conflict.

They can cause problems with each other, yes. I run AVG Anti-Virus (free program) ONLY, and haven't had any problems. Spyware and adware are much bigger problems. I have 3 or 4 programs for those nasties.

Do not allow it to run all the programs at strtup. And it is better to use one at a time. Be careful about NAV.
