MAC eyeliners are the best...i'm soo serious. The eyeliner NEVER irritates my eyes and the little sponge that you use to apply it on works sooo nicely. I HIGHLY recommend it!

MAC makeup is always a good place to start, they have really nice, smooth and bold eyeliners

Revlon's 12 hour colorstay is really good. Doesn't smudge like the other brands and goes on smoothly.

ALMAY also works well. I have sensitive eyes and this one so far doesn't irritate my eyes and it is waterproof and you can wear contacts with it. hope this helps. :)

ya revlon color stay works really good. its stays on longer and its waterproof!
