I have not heard of another one in the works at this time and not likely to be one in the near future considering it did not bring in anywhere near the $87 million it cost to make.
Vin Diesel had to make a choice between making three sequals (the others being to Pitch Black and the Fast and The Furious) and he chose the Pitch Black sequal, which ticked off the people making the second XXX movie and I think they may have shot themselves in the foot as far as anymore sequels by killing off Zander Cage as The Chronicles of Riddick didn't do as well either, he might have been able to be persuaded to do an XXX 3.
