...that those "free" credit score sites are actually a ploy used by creditors searching for people who have unpaid credit debt? My advice; if you don't want them harassing you, do not fill these out!!

hmm, thanks. I always wondered about those and even thought about filling one out just to see. Now I won't...I should've known really!

Yes I did know that. if you want a free credit report the credit agencies have to give you one per year. Anything that goes through a third party is a scam and could result in identity theft.

It doesn't surprise me. But people love free enterprise and capitalism, until it invades your privacy as in this case.
