No..bluetooth is just wireless headset for talking...and the phone must be compatable with blue tooth..buy the set for your phone.

Bluetooth is a spectrum and a feature. Cingular doesn't own bluetooth. Its a 30 ft spectrum sent from a device, not just a phone, but printers, faxes...etc...If bluetooth is on or not, the carrier doesn't know. The workings of bluetooth are not reported to the carrier...
