NEED TO EAT RIGHT AND STAY OFF SODA. THEN YOU NEED TO GET ON MINERALS AND CALICIM AND B- VIT'S.. DON'T TAKE HARD PILLS BECAUSE YOU CAN;T ABSORB ALL OF IT. CHEWABLES OR CAP ARE BETTER. YOU CAN'T ABSORB CALICUM WITH MINERALS EITHER. SO IF YOUR SERIOUS, AND REALLY WHAT SOME GOOD PRODUCTS THAT CAN HELP WITH SLEEPING AND ENERGY AND SOMETHING THAT WILL MAKE YOU FOCUS BETTER ON TESTS FOR COLLEGE. Get it in your head your grown you have responsibilities you have to set your self a bed time live by it if your buddies ask you to hang out do it only if it doesn't involve you out to late if their you real friends they will understanding you saying no. Try working hard during the day so when you get home your tired and want to go to bed if you cant sleep try taking over the counter sleep aids the off brand ones are fine get your body bad on a time schedule staying up late like you do can take 10 years of your life and add to heart problem get your rest its good for you

Confused.... but, you should start working, or doing something actuive during the day. I would try to take a nap about 1-2hrs. long before you go out, and make sure you get a good nights sleep ( 5 or more hours). This will help a lot!

Other than changing your sleep schedule, I can only suggest you taking Melatonin, or Dramamine and possibly Benadril. But first your going to have to go to bed at a decent hour and one of the above will help you fall a sleep. Eventually you will change your sleep pattern.

Im the same way. What helps is not having any caffeine. Sleep in TOTAL darkness (like a bat). Also dont do anything in your bed besides sleep (no tv, studying, music)

What I did is got some melatonin off the shelf at walmart, took about 3 of those before I went out anywhere and even when I tried to fight it, my body began to shut down, and I was out cold.

You want your cake and want to eat it too.
Can't be done.
You must get up early to get to sleep early. You have to train your body to do this, and maintain this schedule.
You can't stay up all night on the weekends and get to bed early, and up early monday through friday.
