First and most important!...No matter what songs you play, make sure you have the clean version. If you download your music - (legally of course) -when you do a search for a song, just follow the title or artist with the word "clean". I suggest going to Billboard.com and looking up the top100 Hits. Another place that might be helpful is Disk jockeys.com . It can't hurt to talk to the school, whoever hired you, and find out if they have suggestions. OK, so I didn't give specifics, but I hope this helps. I've done many middle school dances and this is how I prepared myself. Good Luck!

There are tons of lists of what's hot. Try mtv.com, bet.com, even that real player website. Ask them at the music store. Walk by the music section at walmart. What is on the endcap is what is hot! Don't get a job and expect us to work for you!

I would assume all the popular music would be requested!! Just look at the Billboard top 20 and there you go!! Otherwise, you have to have all the staples, like the various slides (cha cha, electric), the train, etc.

well you should have a mix of some pop, rock and defnantly hip-hop and maybe some reaggaeton.
