Do you think that it is cool to wear a jean minie skirt that is kinda ruffly at the end with outany legings?

It depends on the color of the leggings and shape and length of the skirt.

I don't like leggings with skirts anymore...
I think it's cause kids in drama used to wear skirts with leggings about 3 years ago...so the trend is kinda played out for me...I wore it at one point, and now when I see people wearing it, it looks retarded to me...
Personally, I think short denim skirts look better on their own....I think leggings look nice with shorts, and longer skirts and some dresses.

I think it would be fine to wear the 2 together.Try it on and look at the skirt with the leggings and then without. This is how i always decide on outfits , shoes , etc..

It depends on how long the skirt is and leggings are in right now!! I bet it would look cute and if you like it who cares what other people think. Wear it girl

I must say nearly every girl I see in my city has on leggings with a skirt.I don't plan on buying any leggings with a skirt.I have a unique style.I don't find it cool to wear leggings with any kind skirt.

I don't know :( . I have no idea about fashion at all because my parents make me dress only in boring long sleeves blouse with jacket and ankle length skirt with trousers everyday, every time.

yeah whats wrong with that until recently people wouldnt even wear leggings or tights or anything anymore. dont worry bout it and im sure it will look cute either way denim is the best!

yeah of course not everyone wears leggings trust me...im the only one who owns a pair of leggings at my school everyone here doesn't even care but i think its cute but it wont make difference cause like i said not everyone wears leggings any way
