Don't worry! I had my period the first 4 months with my son. It can happen to women. I know a few women that had thier periods for 6 months of thier pregnancy and I know one who had her period the whole time. It is natural for some women. Your next pregnancy may be diffrent. Good luck and Congratulations!

My mother had her period for the first 3 1/2 months of her pregnancy with me. It is a lot more common than you think. I do not know the medical reason's behind this, but you can always go to WebMD.com and see if there is anymore medical explanation to this phemoninon on their site. But yes this has and does happen to a lot of women.

I had my period with both of my children. I also had a coworker that did not know she was pregnant until two weeks before she had her baby. A girl I went to high school with said that her mother never knew she was pregnant until she delivered.
Congrats on the new baby and best wishes.

It's totally normal, most women who are pregnant bleed for a few months into the pregnancy, it might stop, but it might also continue thru out the whole thing.

It can happen. I am a working nurse and still did not realize I was pregnant until 15 weeks because I had experienced what seemed to be a normal cycle and had no other symptoms.
