I don't understand what you're looking for. The question you've written is nothing new. The gag involves a drunk driver being pulled over and, before the cop gets to his car, the driver carefully reherses everything he's going to say in order to look sober. Then, after all the preparation, he rolls down his window and blurts out, "What seems to be the officer, problem?"
