i want things like a record and how far they will go.

they will probably go between 8 and 8 or 9 and 7. They will not make the playoffs unless eiother shawn returns back real soon or the rest of the division really sucks and I mean really sucks

I have picked them to win the SB, but of course that was before the game on Sunday. They have ALWAYS had a bad tendency to "go soft" and I'm not convinced that either Holmgren nor Hassleback are the guys to correct that deficiency.

That being said, they are pretty much a lock to take their division and I think 13-3 or 12-4 is NOT unrealistic. If they want to get past Chicago in the NFC this year, even with Alexander in the lineup, though, they better start eating their Wheaties AND their spinach right away!

I think Seattle will do great; if they meet Chicago in the playoffs the score will be much different than Sunday's game, regardless of the location.

I think they will recover from Sunday Night Fright and could meet Chicago in the NFC title game.
