It is not even born and it is already getting on your nerves.lol I had Carpel Tunnel Syndrome, for NO reason it slowly went away after my son was born.

I agree its probally nerves or crick in the neck...but the shaking could be the reducing hormones ...toward the end of your pregnancy the hormones that have kept you pregnant...are decreasing and will continue until birth. This can cause your body to go through some "withdraw" like symptoms ..shaking etc. I am 34 weeks also and have a DR appointment tomorrow LOL conicidence....Congrats

Be sure they take your blood pressure. If it is up ask them to test you for preeclampsia. Are you experiencing any swelling or headaches? Those are big warning signs as well. Do not panic if you have it. I had preeclampsia. It is no fun, but many woman get it. If you are really worried about it tonight make a trip to a local store with a blood pressure machine and take your pressure. If it is really elevated head off to the hospital or an urgent care just to be safe.
I am not a doctor, and without knowing more than what you have said here it could be anything from stress to preeclampsia. Good that you are going to the doctor tomorrow.

Hey you are quite far along in your pregnancy now so i would say odd pains and weird feelings are probably associated with your growing baby pushing on nerves.Since your baby usually only presses on nerves from the ribs down i would say you probably pulled something or pinched a nerve in your neck.Good Luck

Agreed , baby is on a nerve. SLEEP on the other side of your body than the pain. This should help the baby to shift. As long as the baby is just as active as always, its all good.

You could have slept wrong or have a pinched nerve. You could also consider seeing a chiropractor (ask you OB/GYN). I saw one throughout my fourth pregnancy, and it helped a lot. (It even made my labor easier because I was kept in alignment)
Good luck.
