I really think it's great. Yahoo did an amazing job at emulating an Outlook-like interface, so that the whole mail page doesn't have to refresh each time you click a link--just the message or folder you want to view. It will take a bit of time to get used to, but the "pros" are just too good to miss. Especially the drag-and-drop and the keyboard shortcuts!
Yaya, if you're talking about the "select all" checkbox, then have you tried using the Shift or Control keys to select several messages? It works even better.

I hated it! I switched back after trying it out for a day or two... guess I'm not that great with changes.... I like the same old yahoo we've had for years.

No, I'm still using the old one. I like it much better. The new one reminds me of "outlook" and I find it hard to read.
