For myself (I can't talk for all girls here) but as long at it is rock hard and the guy knows how to use it, 4 to 7 inches is more than enough. Anything bigger and an*l sex becomes impossible, can hurt, and of course by experience, longer ones tend to not get fully erect...
But longer c*cks are fun to look at, play with, nibble, suck...

well my health teacher told my class its 4-5 inches, which i think it ridiculous. maybe her husband is just tiny and she lieks to make it seem like hes normal lol
