If you mean a data CD with 100+ MP3 files, probably not on MOST car radios (especially stock). My brother has a Ford Focus that came standard with an MP3 player, so it is not out of the question.
Lots of aftermarket CD players play MP3s.
Good Luck!

Depends on the cd player--some do and some don't. Usually, if it plays mp3s, the faceplate of the player will have a little mp3 logo or some other indication that it plays those kinds of files. Check the owner's manual if you still have it, to be sure, though.

If the player is more than a couple of years old, it might not play mp3's unless it was a high-end unit at the time.

Some of the cd players in cars will, and some will not....you have to check the specifics of the car you are in, or the system you want to install.
