First of all, check the cable between your router and your modem. Could be bad, unless that was the one you used to plug your computer directly into your modem.

If that doesn't work, you need to reset all the connections. something changed that created this problem. Unplug the power to your modem and router, and plug them back in. Go to your Control Panel and select your Network connections. Start with the wireless ones first and delete the connections and start new ones. Then do your hard-wired computer. If that doesn't work, you've got a burnt out router. It might be fixed by a repairman at one of the electrionics shops but I doubt it. Might be time to buy a new one. How old is it? did you fill out the limited warranty information? check on that and you may get a new one.

unistall / re-install drivers for your router. then reboot.
