I do not know why, but I am pertty sure that the creators of pokemon has 100% consider pokemon red, blue, yellow, gold, sliver, crystal to be obselete.

I hope I am wrong about my question...I just need a second option about this.
I really like the first six pokemon games and it would be very bothersome if this true.

basically, i think you're wondering why the first gen (red/blue/yellow) and second gen (gold/silver/crystal) are not compatible with third gen (fire/leaf/ruby/sapphire/emerald)

first gen games had the item duplication trick, which would grant third gen players to continue this cheating. i'm not saying that you're a cheater, but there are others that are

first gen games only had 14 types, and much less moves than the next generations. because of this, only certain pokemon with certain moves can communicate with r/b/y

second gen games had an item duplication trick as well, but there was something second gen allowed that was even worse

EV layouts and leveling were messed up in g/s/c, to the point that you could get higher stats by up to 4*(255/4) points. as a result of this, a houndoom raised in second gen games could destroy an equal level houndoom in third gen games

also, you could not be able to bring moves/pokemon/items that were introduced in gen three to the earlier games
