...that those "free" credit score sites are actually a ploy used by creditors searching for people who have unpaid credit debt? My advice; if you don't want them harassing you, do not fill these out!!

No I didn't I thought that they were just a way to get you to join their service.
Which why I never bother with them. There is always a catch - there is seldom anything FREE. It's like the recent offer for Free Gourmet Popcorn. I tried that one and after looking at dozens of offers for different companies, I finally gave up when they said I had to join or subscribe to at least two offers before they would send me my "free" popcorn.

I didn't know that...I can believe that...and usually I avoid being anywhere near those sites in fear they can figure out my credit score through my ip address or something. Thanks for the heads up!
