You may read all kinds of answers, but the main one is to seek God for help. I don't know you but you'll be in prayers. I was too feeling the same feelings and being married with 3 step childern can be rough. I turned to God for help. I thought I needed pills to help over come these feeling...No I didn't need them, I needed him. May God bless you this week.

I am sorry to hear about your marriage, and i can understand what you must be going through.
In all honesty there is not one remedy that works for all...you might want to try color therapy , aromatherapy, counseling, talking to a friend or family, life coaching or simply reading self help books. However there are a few things that tend to work for most people : eating organic food , exercise and Valerian tea ( makes you sleepy though)
I am also of the opinion that meds are not a good way to go.
Best of luck to you,
Alex

You need to talk to your doctor before it gets worse. I don't know of anyone who was able to beat real depression without the aid of medications. The newer meds are much milder on any side effects and are given in lower doses then the older ones. Maybe there are other treatment methods that do not include meds, but I don't know of any. Either way, please see your doc and start working through it. If you leave it go on too long, it will only get worse.

There will be many to say alternatives to seeking professional help but I myself can tell in the long run you will have to seek out a professional to help you depression is not an easy thing to deal with and it takes someone qwho knows to help you out of this not all doctors prescribe meds. sometimes a different healing method is used as with me when I lost my love. this year.

Go see a therapist. Also try exercising, it naturally releases seratonin. But this may not be enough, but getting on a schedule of exercising and therapy will probably make you feel much better.

What is making you depressed? It would depend upon the cause as to how you go about treating it.

Join a laugh club. Do exercise, it clear the mind, then you not so sad. But why sad? Why not happy? God made apples, they make happy. Eat apples.

today, we become more material people. return back to your nature, because we born from nature. return back to your feminine, accept loosing, and say "thanks God for the good and for the bad".
also. men like to feel needed, women like to feel wanted. let your man always know that u r in need of his help. many women become very independent which leads to many divorce.
