There are two things that involve coolant. First your radiator, that holds water and coolant. Then there is the coolant tank, that usually is white and it contains coolant only, in case your radiator needs more.

Not the radiator. That's a silly answer. I just call it the overflow. Works for me. If you are looking to buy one to replace it on the car, ask for a "coolant recovery tank"

The coolant reservoir (or coolant overflow reservoir) is attached to the radiator. This is where you can add new anti freeze / water and it also overflows into this reservoir too.

I think it is called "the back flow tank" if you are talking about the tank that comes from the radiator. "the coolant resivor" / "back flow tank" one of these should be the name, they are the same thing.
