Huey P.Newton, Bobby Seale and David Hillard lead the Black Panthers in 1966. It was done well but the FED's J Edgard Hoover infiltrated like they do to anyone black in power who's goals are to try and empower their people. They also infiltrated the N.O.I. which Malcom X was apart of and that is why he was killed.
