Spybot Search & Destroy has an option to automatically add known bad sites to IE's restricted site list whenever you update its data files and run an "immunization." That can be configured to happen every time you boot.

In Internet Explorer you can go to Tools --> Internet Options and restrict the sites you want.

This is possible in other browsers also. Go to settings/preferences/configuration and you can find that option.
