why do women get excess hair during pregnancy?

Get over it and enjoy the good things about the pregnancy. You have so many opportunities to do this. Why don't you surprise your baby-mama with a trip to a salon or, spa to pamper her and; maybe have some of that hair removed.

Hormones. It only happened to me when I carried a boy, not the girls. It wasn't much, but I noticed it.
It never went away - I blame the men.

because of all those raging hormones. never fear most of the " new hairy places" will fade after the pregnancy is over. congrats and best wishes.

We develop hair due to hormones and also to keep loosers like you away from us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
