Question

Xbox 360, Wii, or PS3? Think not only about commercialism and wat all your friends think or have, but wat you honestly think is the best choice or brought new things into the gaming world. Think for yourself and back up your answer. I advise looking up the systmes on Wikipedia.

Personally I'd go with the Wii or the 360.
Don't get me wrong, Sony is a good company at all, but their gaming industry is sort of lacking. Sure the PS3 has amazing looking graphics and probably some great comes for it, but it also come with that very large price tag of $599.00. You can get the "cheaper" version, but here is a plce where sony messed up. They made the $499 version almost no good to buy. But I think the 360 can match it's graphic potensial, and the PS3 is using blue-ray which is more expensive and not quite well worked with yet.

the 360 has xbox live, great games and great graphics, it is a tiny bit pricey, but not as bad.
The Wii I think is a unique system that ues motion controlls which can change the dynamic of the game. Though it does not have quite as great graphics, it does have great games for it, it's not as expensive and there are cool features.

But in the end it all depends on you preference.

This is my personal opinion about the three systems above. I am glad that the US finally has a system with the Xbox and the 360 but Halo doesn't keep me that interested. Any other game on it most certainly is being run on PS2(with a few exceptions). Also I feel that the controls on the xbox and 360 are odd.

With the Wii, it is a Nintendo product and thus will mainly run Nintendo games. I haven't really followed this system very well but the last that I heard, the controller was in two pieces with a wire connecting them. For me when I play video games, and really get into them (i.e. driving or football), I need my controller to stay together if I need to scratch my head or other part real quickly.

With the PS3, I have seen some early pics from some racing games compared to the real thing and I could not tell the difference. For me driving games are my specialty and also I like the way that the controllers are on the PS3.

Honestly I am a bit biased because I have always been able to play any racing/driving game that I wanted on a Playstation system which is why I am saving my money for a PS3.

From what I have heard/seen/etc, it seems that the Xbox 360 is not of high quality (it is smaller than the Xbox, but it overheats much faster, and there are very few games on it). The PS3 sounds a lot better. It seems that they finally figured out that it would help to use a hard drive (smart move), and that it will not overheat quickly. I have not heard all that much about the Wii, but from what I do know about the three, I would suggest the PS3, as it seems that it has the most improvements (although the Wii should have a lot...there was a lot that could be better on the Gamecube).

i feel the xbox 360 is the best bet. the ps3 is forceing blue-ray and they have openingly stated dont be surprised if games hit $100. that alone would drive me away. then factor in blueray ,there is not a need for it hd-dvd provides more space than what is needed .and the games gta was a big hit for ps2 but now its no longer just a sony thing. and the price of the ps3 is way too much. and i have been a sony fan since the first ps but i bought an xbox 360 and i am loving it

honestly to be honest.i have the 360 its impressive im a Microsoft Fan but the wii seams like something know one has ever done before and might be fun to play but to me is in a different category then the PS3 and box 360 the PS3 seems like in the long far end it might be better then the 360like you know how when the ps2 came out everyone bought it and it domonated the gaming inidistry but the xbox had better quality and graphics in the end ithink its going to be like that the 360 will have better games and equal grapphics if not better when the ps3 is launched but in a year or two the ps3 will be beter in the graphics and quality aspect.

I am still a Playstation guy, I had had almost all other consoles, but the Sony keeps wining thew all, I am not too sure why.

For example, Microsoft took the Chief engineering guy at Sony PS, and he worked the XBOX, but the guy did quit, and that was something, since the guy started developing PS2/PS3 games .....

Also, soe people dont like Microsoft in their privacy all time, just check the European Union court fight against MS products all time.. privacy is a main concern there!

i like xbox 360

first off its american brand.
i had a ps2 and xbox. i just think somtimes the games that are just for Playstation are kind of corny! there are going to be the same games on both systems, gta 4, madden, etc. it came down to HAlo or meatal gear solid. I like HALO personaly. also there is so much promise comming from PS3 and the blu ray. lets taken MAdden for expample, EA isnt going to remak the game just becuase they can put more detail on a blu ray disc. and the funny thing is with every game the hole disc isnt even used. so if they wanted to they could really make then games look crazy. so the extra space on a blu ray disc is Bull.

My top fav is the Wii. I have been really impressed with Nintendo lately (DS touch screen) and I think their innovations are going to rock. I am also going to get a PS3, but I'm getting the Wii first.

i think ps3 is the best. its going 2 be da latest 1 so ofcorse and it has a blu-ray wht else do u want. 20 gb meomory. wirless romotes. u could use psp as he frunt view miror. psp games with ps3 graphics. free online system.
