I love Will Ferrell! Even though I love all of his films where he's the leading man, I think my fave performances are when he has cameos. The best are Zoolander, The Producers and Wedding Crashers. I also really like him in Melinda and Melinda - I think he can do straight acting pretty well given half the chance.

will ferrell isn't a really good actor. he is always some crazy person. kicking and screaming - winning obssessed soccer dad/coach. elf - an extremely naive and childish adult. bewtiched - a self obssessed actor who thinks he's all that. tallegeda nights - winning obsssessed nascar driver. he's like jim carrey, over does their part as a crazy person but at least you can get some good laughs from jim carrey. notice that he has been nominated for a number of awards but only won a golden rasberry for worst couple with nicole kidman in bewithced and that american comedy award.

Then for me, it has to be Elf.
Then Zoolander with his 'derilict' fashion show. Brilliant!

His movie Elf. The rest of his work stinks. He's a laughing stock in Hollywood's society. His acting is a joke & not even funny. His days on SNL were hideously stupid & I loved muting his routine & making up my own dialog. He absolutely RUINED "Bewitched" with Nicole Kidman. She chose to make that movie & should have chosen a better leading actor, like Tom Hanks, Billy Crystal, Robin William, etc.

i liked him most on Old School and Talledega Nights. lol i still remember alot of the lines from old school and i havent seen it in about 4 months
