I like #3 the best. I think of it as little issues can become big issues fast!

Those are all cliches. It's better to come up with something original if you can. The more thought and wit you put into it, the better it will sound and the meaning will be far more profound than any "cookie cutter" phrase that everyone else has used a thousand times over.
Just remember... "People who live in glass houses use a lot of Windex." ;)
