We don't have to know the co-efficient of friction on snow. We can do this without knowing the co-efficient of friction. We don't have to know the weight of the sled, either.

The force on the rope is 43.2 N. The forward component of the force is 43.2 * cos(34).

The work done is 43.2 * cos(34) * 29.7

The power in watts is 43.2 * cos(34) * 29.7 / 4.9
