Go to the Internet and type in "Property assessor, Cuyahoga County". Then select "Ohio Property Records". Then select "Cuyahoga County, property records". Once you get into that site, click on 'search data base" and you can search by owner's name, address or tax ID number. The will have information about the last sales, tax assessed, and all kinds of stuff. One caution, sometimes, and depending on where you are, recent sales information may take 2 to 3 months to get into the system.
