The Twins are in it bad. They dropped Homefield advantage and they're one win away from being swept by the A's, the team nobody gave a chance.

This is the only series of the playoffs i havent watched cuz Im stuck @ work, but from what I've seen & heard, there's been a lot talk 'bout the A's being up 2-0 in the postseason, & they end up blowing it!!! So, that being said, I think that the Twins have a chance to win game 3, if they do (twins), u know there's going to be a lot of talk 'bout history repeating itself, but honestly, I think the A's have this one (series). The twins dug their own whole & now they're going to be trying desperately to free themselves, which might come back & bite 'em in the a double s!!! I think the twins and their fans entered the postseason thinking SWEEP, but surprise surprise!!!!

Yea, I don't think the Twins are out of it just yet. First of all, the games were fairly close. It's not like they were constantly flubbing and giving up runs every inning. The A's are not "better" than the Twins by any means. The games were close; even Wednesday's game, it was 2-2 for a while. If the Twins can give an extra push and concentrate, I can see them winning the series. And even if the A's DO move on, I would love to see them try and beat the Yankees...

But the Twins are known for getting behind and making comebacks. They did it not only with individual games, but the whole season. A couple of months ago or so, they were in 3rd place for the division and like 12 games behind! It's almost like getting behind helps them to get the motivation to come back and kick booty! I think Radke pitches on Friday, and if he can get into the zone and not allow too many runs and if the offense can step it up and hit the ball where it needs to go, I think the Twins have a shot at winning Friday, and hopefully Saturday and Sunday as well! Of course, Oakland is in a good position having 2 up on the Twins. It is imperative that the Twins don't make mistakes (like Torii did) in Friday's game.

It's not over until the fat lady sings! :)

Just wait for the Twins to comeback. So the Twins got off to a bad start; they did in the regular season too. If they can just focus on winning one game at a time they may still have a chance. Radke is going to carry the team on his back and it will be up to uhh Carlos Silva. Well the Twins are not done yet, but they will have a lot of work to do.

The Twins are in a rough spot... but Oakland has a history of choking in the Division Series.

They've never won a division series... despite leading in just about every one they've ever made. Minnesota still has a chance.

Maybe, unless, the A's fold again. The A's have been in this situation before. They have lead 2-0 before and got beat 3-2, but it just depends if the Twins can shake it off and play ball.

Looks over to me but anything is possible in baseball just ask the Yankees about being one away from the next level only to lose 4 straight.

Well if history is bound to repeat itself, then the Twins don't have a thing to worry about. Given that this is the present, I'd say definitely. You know, it might be PPD since the weather is gettin stormy/rainy all over here in the bay area...but you never know.

While i won't guarantee a comeback Oakland has been known in the past to lead 2-0 in past playoff games only to choke in the end.

yeah, I think they are. I'm not saying that it's all lost for the Twins. They still have at least one more game to play. The Twins have to figure out a way to beat Harden on Friday. They better re-learn their small-ball. If someone gets on base, they have to get that runner home.

I really felt bad for tori hunter today. if he makes that catch he's MVP of the whole world...............
