Profanity (like all things) has a time and a place, but some people don't know that time and place, and at times, it gets annoying if the person overuses profanity....

I'm guilty of having a potty mouth, but then again, there's certain profane words I won't use.

I use profanity too sometimes.I don't in front of certain people though.

I personally don't use it because I was raised not to. I couldn't even if I wanted to because it wouldn't sound right.
