Fundementally, a webcam works by publishing images over and over to a website and the client refreshes those images in a page. Does anyone know of any freeware or open source software for publishing your webcam on your website? I don't want to purchase a service or sign up for one. Thanks.

http://www.planet-source-code.com They have free source code for webcam broadcasting in visual basic, .NET, Java - whatever language you want.
