I dont think the Mets will make it that far without Pedro and El Duque.

Oliver Perez is going to get playoff starts for them? With who else? John Maine? Steve Trachsel? Glavine's the only good one... and he's 40.

Even if they make it to the series... they don't have the pitching to beat ANY American League Team... forget about the Yankees. We'd dismantle the Mets in 4 games.

I hope not. The Mets are going down to the Dodgers in 5!
Then the Cards will beat them and play the Yankees.

No...pitching, pitching, pitching! Now that Orlando Hernadez and Pedro Martinez are OUT...the mets are f*cked! The Yankee line up has been called "Murderer's Row" and Cano...considering Cano is batting 9th is pretty amazing. (he batted .342 regular season) The Yanks have more than average starting pitching (Wang 19 game winner), and a great ladder to Mariano Rivera. Not to mention Mr. November is also Mr. Clutch in the post season....5 for 5!!! NO CHANCE OF CATCHING THE YANKS!

Impossible, only World Series where NL meet AL for the deciding champs. Besides neither of these sucky teams will be in the World Series.

I think the odds are against it, since during five of the last six years, at least one wild-card team would make it to the World Series.
