i think i had seen in a september 11 picture book
a picture of a television screen displaying a message from directv saying that the channel (Trinity Broadcast Network) was being blacked out in light of the events that had happened that day.
does anyone know if that is true?

Due to the sensitivity of the day's events, they likely figured that it was inappropriate for Jan Crouch (and pink wig) asking for money for her $340 million empire.

I can't imagine why. We have had very little trouble with DirecTV. They cut off KDOC for a little while [a local channel], but it's back now. That kind of behavior is what loses customers for companies. I doubt it's true.

DIRECT TV are ripoffs. Bad reception all the time if you can get it to work. Go back to cableTV and drop DIRECTTV.

I haven't heard that. Why would they be? I never watch that station, though.
