my pregnancy this time was unplanned this is my husbands 1st baby. We are 28 weeks. What he dose that I totally love is he rubs my belly and talks to our baby. He gose to EVERY doctor visit. He takes the time to be sweet he won't let me carry groceries in the house that are even a little heavy. HE reads up online on what is going on each week with the baby. He rubs my feet and back pays extra attention to me. He will go out of the way to buy me what i am craving to eat. The best way for a man to prepare is just menally get ready for her emotional phycial changes. It's a beautiful thing to expecience pregnancy together. When i had morning sickness he would be understanding and would do the dishes and laundry.

Just be ready for the big event,she will be very tired at 9 mos and will need you to just be there for her. Tell her how radiant she is(she will be!)Don't get behind a slow vehicle on the way to hospital,or at least pretend you are going faster than 20 miles per hour..just a warning.Lock the doors of the car..lol
P.S.Take over the bottle and diaper duty at least once a week for awhile,she will remember this forever!!She will need some real sleep,and you will be the only one she can depend on.Congrats.

Be there for your wife. She needs you. She will start going thru some ruff times. Body changing. Tell her everyday...how beautiful she is.
Try to go to some doctor appointments with her. Good Luck.
