My husband and I always share our fantasies with each other. We both think that it is important for our sex life to know what the other wants. If the fantasy is something that we cannot help to fulfill, then we don't share that one, especially if it will be difficult for the other person to hear. It's ok to have a fantasy and keep it to yourself, just don't act on it.

We made it a point to tell each other what our fantasies were. Its pretty cool hearing what the other thinks, even in sex.
His was having three or more women attend to him sexually, which came as no suprise to me.
And actually, it was pretty fun sharing those secrets. Still is. ;)

I find it unbelievable that people would find it hard to talk to their partner, if you don't have 100% trust then why marry the person, you should never be afraid to discuss anything with your husband/wife
