honestly, if your hair is red, u probably shouldn't be wearing a red shirt. But if you have to, dont match your eyeshadow to your clothes, make sure it enhances the color of your eyes. for blue eyes, try bronze colors. peachy colors work really well with blue eyes too.

Seriously, select a SHIMMER or GLITTER eyeshow that almost matches your skintone. Add a touch of pink to the inner corner of your eyes. Follow up with black mascara. Add a hint of color on the apple of your cheeks. Use a light pink lip-gloss.

I believe you should use a color opposite your eye color on a color wheel...like brown.
And yes, you can wear red with red hair.

wear blue shadow that wil match ur eyes
or if thats not good go with a natural color or wear no eyeshadow

go with a charcoal grey shadow with some beige as the highlight on top, and a smokey grey liner but not too much, skip the mascara

i think for blue eyes and to get notied well try going for soft suger pinks or maybe a light soft lilac if you cant find any thing and its last miniute and your in a spot of trouble rember that soft stomy grey and suger pink lipy is a must!
