It depends on which R. Williams you're talking about... if it's Roy Williams (DET), then definitely Roy Williams and Issac Bruce... Moss has QB issues with Walter being less than average, and Braylon has potential, but Bruce and STL is playing GB, who is horrible on D. But if you're talking about Reggie Williams (JAX), then you gotta go with Braylon and Issac since Jacksonville has a tough matchup with the Jets (who held their own against Indy).

Start Bruce he is having a great season, while Edwards is having a good year too Bruce has a better chance at Td's cus the defense will double team Holt.
Williams has too many up and down weeks and if not reliable and Randy Moss. is not gonna get anything this year cus Oakland has No QB !!!!! even when Brooks comes backs they'll have NO QB.. Brooks sucks.
