I just got a violation notice about "chatting" from a question that I asked and resolved a week ago? Has this happened like this for anyone else?

Here's what happened (and this is why I resolve all my questions right away) Someone decided they were jealous or whatever. (probably a kid) went through all the questions and just purposely 'reported' everyone they felt like screwing with. Yahoo answers does not really read them they just automatically delete any question that gets reported. Trust me it's true. Pay attention and if you see pubescents on answers, do not ask questions. They'll do it every time! Honestly! I think we would all be smart to stay away from little kids. Too bad they don't have a site just for pimple poppers! Then they might leave us alone! (one of them will probably read this and now **** with me) It's *8th grade mentallity

Tom T makes an spectacular factor here. I agree, and that i would be unable to have confidence Y/A will do this once a question has been asked/spoke back and the question is resolved already. that's rediculous, and not honest the two. Plus, in the event that they're going to permit that, a minimum of they are able to take a little time to honestly study each and every thing in touch, and the guy who's reporting and determine themselves if the question/answer is honestly violating any community regulations, then take action if necessary. and additionally, slap a contravention be conscious to those that're abusing this section with pointless reporting! you recognize, for people who record continuously through fact the respond, or question does not extra healthful their particular way of existence, or way of thinking? those ones who do no longer admire distinctive comments that's. besides, optimistically Y/A reads this one and takes be conscious for themselves.

I've had that happen to me like two times now. Why if the question was okay to answer back then, has been resolved, why would they go after it now? They are so pathetic.

huh. You know, I vote on undecided q's and thumb up resolved q's, but I guess I never noticed if there is a report button. Hold on, let me go check. (lol, no I'm not going to actually report myself, just see if the button is there)

Yep, the prompt is still there. What will the yaholes think up next? Geez, I guess they have to have something to do when they aren't terrorizing us. Sorry that happened to you, girl.

Wow that's crazy. It hasn't happened to be but it's a shame the way people get violations for nothing.

it is rare, but it has happened to me......this is what i think:

i think questions are randomly scanned before being added...and i think this because i have had questions take like 5 minutes to post...and post for a second and then get removed

but the old questions are results of people reporting you.....ya prolly pissed some yahole off and they went thru your resolved q's reporting all of them
