21-7[19 - x2 +6] -3x2 +1= 21-133 +7x2-42 -3x2+1
=4x2 -153

First, compute what is inside the parenthesis and then add or subtract the numbers without x's. Then add or subtract the numbers with x's.

Use the BODMAS principle -- it is very easy.
