Have you viewed the next chances: one million. They do not need entry to the reality (men and women who watched Fox News, for example, had been much more likely to feel that Iraq had WMD). two. Truth hurts, and no person loves to be confirmed flawed. 2a. Groupthink. three. "Most" Republicans are honestly respectable men and women, however it is the ones with colossal mouths who get all of the awareness (the squeaky wheel will get the oil!) four. They see what's truly, however their values are such that they do not care. five. This could now not be the first-rate location to invite one of these query, judging from the responses you have bought to this point. 5a. This is only a rhetorical query, and you do not rather assume a well reply. :)

Basically because they are hypocrites. They say they want to protect Americans but their policies are making us more hated and making the country less safe. They say they want to give tax cuts so the people can have more of their money in their pocket, but only the wealthiest people really end up with more money. They say they are Christian, yet they want war and don't seem to mind bloodshed. They say they will keep you and your family safe, but then secretly prey on your teenager. They say they are doing their job, but drop the ball at just about situation, then shift the blame. They say they are upholding the Constitution, but then do things that are un-Constitutional and at the same time they try to take away our personal freedoms and invade our privacy. They say they did all they could before 9/11, but actually they did nothing. They say they are the true Americans, the patriots, but then conduct themselves like the bad people we try to fight. They said they were going to bring integrity back to the White House, instead they have lied to us in order to attack another country. They said there were WMDs, but then switched it to taking out a dictator and spreading democracy.

I have to say: THANK YOU FOR THE LAUGH! It came a little late today, but I thank you for the laugh of my day.
Facts about what? See, your question is indicative of the level of legitimacy that exists with anything that spews forth from a democrat's mouth. "republicans don't look for facts"....facts about what? What facts are we missing? About what topic are we speaking? I can sit here all day long and blow your crap out of the water b/c democrats are the ones that believe all of what they hear and NEVER take the time to research and educate themselves. ie - Bush's tax cuts are only for the rich...the economy is failing and no one has jobs....this is the crap you believe....and is it all FALSE (jobless claims at an all time low - tax cuts for everyone - even me a single mom on a mediocre salary, markets hit a high yesterday and blew through it today b/c the market is healthy under Bush). You would know that if you looked into anything that is told to you. Back up your facts. All I hear when I talk to dems is blah blah blah blah blah. NOTHING.
Give us something to debate about and we will go toe to toe...oh, that's right - you probably don't even know what the issues are right now. Lemming.

See, now that is where we differ. I see liberals as the sheep who look no further than the surface for their truth. For if they looked deeper they would find the real truth and not some drug induced conspiracy. I am not a sheep, never have been and never will be.

Details please. Most republicans I know tend to be very current on what is happening in the world. Unless you are talking about conspiracy theories and most sane people don't pay attention to garbage like, "the govt was behind 9-11", "the govt is behind the dropping fuel prices".
It seems to me that it's the dems who have their heads in the sand.

The answer here is simple, they are drunk with power. If the trail is followed back to Cheney's days with President Ford, he hates restraining of executive power. He hated it then and now has the power to change it. George knew only one thing...how to campaign, and divested most Presidential power to Dick who spent decades bitching about what happened to Nixon. Insert now, one Karl Rove, who is genius, but naturally I hate him. Between Cheney and Rumsfeld, they get what they want, with Rove he gets all the wedge issues to rally the base. George is a half-wit! You insert gay marriage, abortion, war on terror, warrantless survelance, and unlawful detention and you see Cheney's bloody hands all over it. To George, it's a "comma", to Rummy, it's unfinished biz! Is it over yet? God I am tired of this. In addtion, the Dems, who most I love, still have little backbone.
