have him do this;Log on to yahoo mail or messenger 1st then go to games. games section is having log in problems
When you try getting in lounge or room and it doesn't work.click on pop up blocker. always allow tab it will say recent pop ups blocked.high light yahoo.com then click allow.1st thing you do when you get in lounge is check small windows in options box.once in room make sure you expand it to see chat area this also gets rid of the ads.

i had that problem last year
u need to doubleclick on the applet and java script should open if not get a hold of a tech on yahoo games they should be able to help

your friend needs to download java or shockwave inorder for them to play
