ohh the most romantic thing to do there is the Verde Canyon Railroad for a starlight ride. I did this with my fiance a few months ago and it was amazing. They have closed cars with wine/champagne and appetizers. There are also open air cars to stargaze, it leaves in time to watch the sunset and then it returns to see the many layers of stars (a lot of which are shooting stars)

If it is still warm enough, ask about Slide Rock in Oak Creek Canyon. Out of Africa park is not too far outside Sedona either. Ohhh..and if you like adventure, there are Jeep tours through the mountains, some calmer but most do the off road bounce you out the back thing..only one I can think of I think is called Pink Jeep tours. Check out the official website for Sedona, tourism is a big industry there.

I think the most peaceful place in Sedona is the church built in the rocks and I am not even Christian.
Also I was told that Jerome, AZ is a great ghost town to visit. It is in Yavapii County also, but you will have to drive a distance to get there. If you have a chance, go a little north to Flagstaff to visit also. It's a cute little town.
Go to the U.S. Park Rangers office in Sedona on the main street and the people there will give you a lot of pointers.

i've got been to Sedona. The vortex element is crap. there is not any longer something occurring there, electrically, magnetically, and so on. no longer something. honestly shown utilising easy kit. no longer something specific approximately Sedona - that's in basic terms rather notably. you probable ate something that disagreed with you - the two that or that's the confirmation result.

go to slide rock. when we went to sedona this past may, it was chilly there, but i went down the rock still - i had to! it's a great time & you could spend your whole day there. the church in the rock is nice, but it's mainly for views & picture taking. other then that, i didn't do much else while there (we were just passing through)

Hike in Oak Creek Canyon. You might be able to pick berries too.
