If you're handy at all you can dress him in all black and then make a cape from black fabric that drapes over his shoulders and arms that has the shape of bat wings.

You can find that basically anywhere from stores, to online. Good stores are walmart, craft stores, and party stores. If you are looking for online shops, look up halloween bat costume on google and look through the results. you can also look at web pages of different stores. if you are really crafty, you can buy the supplies at a crafts store and make the costume. some web sites might have craft ideas.
