Sexy underwear does not look good on all women. A very unattractive or obese woman may look silly in sexy underpants. A more correct way to say it would be.
"Sexy underwear, boosts the confidence of some women, while making the rest insecure about their appearance." LOL.
I tend to feel at my best in something cute and frilly, or silky, and pink!

I think it does, and I'm not being what they call it in this country, "shallow." I'm wearing Victoria Secret Pink Panties, and I feel really cute inside.
