As I understood it, there were two pages, one was the sixteen year-old with whom he sent an invitation for sex and another one whom he had cybersex with while waiting to vote on a bill.

Mark Foley was an habitual pedophyle. So, he had one IM chat with an 18 year old 3 years ago. He also sent email messages to a 16 year old telling that he wanted to strip him naked and grab his private part (language cleaned up for sensitive readers).
