Probably that you're craving salt... You may be low in sodium and your body/brain usually signals this through cravings for a food that you like to eat.
If you've been getting leg cramps or similar, this is also a big sign. I'd recommend having a sports drink to replace all the goodies that you may be lacking through lifestyle, sport etc...

It might be something connected with levels of potassium or magnesium in the body, but more likely you haven't eaten them for a long while and are now pigging out. The craving will go away after a few days. No-one can keep that up for ever!

thanks for asking that...I love drinking the juice also and am on HB pills so yes need to keep up my potassium
