To make up for his lack of intelligence. It is another way that repuglicans cover that up.

He hardly ever yells. He does get very adament at "pin-head" liberals, to the delight of conservatives & to the disgust of liberals. He interupts a lot, but usually when someone won't answer a question, instead going off in a different direction.
He appeals to the conservatives who are sick of liberal spin, BUT he is just as bad at conservative spin himself. (although he isn't "conservative" on all subjects)
To sum it up, while the critisisms of him are grossly exsagerated, some are deserved. Watch him for yourself to see if he's as bad as the liberals & mainstream media makes him out to be.
