If I had a method in mind, I certainly wouldn't suggest it to some stranger asking this question on the internet. For all I know, you might be planning on killing someone - and if you are, I *want* you to be caught.

If it were someone in California, I would have to say drive by shooting! But another way would be deadly spiders or snakes! A baby rattle snake is more deadly than the adult one.
