I'm not sure I understand your question. I live in TN and casinos are not allowed here including Indian casinos so my guess is no.

The pyramid and the land it sits on has been purchased by Bass Pro Shop...I believe they plan on having a restaurant and it being more of a showroom than an actual store, seeing as how there is already a BPS in Memphis. It's not going to be a casino at all, Indian owned or otherwise.
