It coud be a lot of things, and anyone in here who attempts to diagnose you with this description would be doing you a disservice. You need to see a doctor, mainly because it's been going on for 10 days, and you've been nauseous.

Make sure you are drinking plenty of water, bowel problems are often caused by not enough water. (Both diarrhea and constipation.)

But you should see a doctor within the next few days. No more than a week, preferably a day or two. Not an ER visit, yet, I'd say.

I have had literally the same problem as you...you know your hungry but you don't feel like eating then when you do you get really nauseus...everything is the same between us. My mom, who has been a nurse for almost 30 years, says it's quite possibly stomach ulcers. I would go to your primary and get some meds for it. I have already booked my appointment. It is not something I want to wait around and see if it goes away. Goodluck!

I have the same problem, but my doctor says it is just one of the symptoms of my a problem he thinks i have called parathyroid disease. This disease is only in about 1 in 20,000 people so i don't think that is it. But it could be stomach ulcers, or maybe just a phase. If i were you, i would go to the doctor soon.

it is possible that your digestive tract is just backed up or clogging-try eating fruit and drinking water to flush yourself out-perhaps a colon cleanse from a health-food store would help. It is very typical-the feeling sluggish and/or wiped out-of a congested digestive tract.
